Regulatory Compliance
Robinson Noble professionals have extensive expertise in supporting our clients through the often complex layers of federal, state, and/or environmental regulations. Several of us are former environmental regulators, and we are experienced in working with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve consensus on potentially contentious and complex environmental issues. We are also experienced with preparing permit applications such as JARPA, SWPPP, NPDES, and Section 404/401 permits for projects involving remediation or removal of contaminants. When it becomes necessary to negotiate environmental requirements on a specific site, we offer a long track record of successful negotiations with environmental agencies. Environmental monitoring (e.g., following remediation of a contamination site) is a key element of regulatory compliance, and we offer extensive experience in designing and implementing monitoring programs, as well as interpreting environmental data collection during monitoring activities.
