Economic growth in the Pacific Northwest has lead to competing interests for water between the environment, industry, water purveyors, and other water users. As a result, a greater importance being placed on proper management of local and regional water supplies with water resource protection is being refocused from the local level to the regional watershed level. Robinson, Noble & Saltbush is closely involved in watershed management and protection issues.
