Regulatory Negotiation

Hydrogeologic and Aggregate Services

Robinson, Noble & Saltbush maintains close contact with regulators within the County Health departments, the State Health Department, the Department of Ecology, and other local and state agencies. Agency personnel recognize our expertise in hydrogeologic issues. This allows us to effectively assist clients with various regulatory negotiations involving water rights, well site permitting and variances, stormwater permitting, and other issues.

Environmental Services

We regularly provide advice and assistance in negotiating with regulatory agencies in areas such as: No Further Action determinations, formal negotiated cleanups, and various permit requirements. Our environmental staff maintains close, on-going communication with regulators in many agencies across the state in order to help guide clients through the regulatory process with the minimum of difficulties.
